Your username will take the form of your first initial followed by your surname, followed by the last four digits of your student number and finally an underscore and the letter to denote what kind of user you are. The list below shows the letters for different types of learners.

  • Workbased learners - w
  • Distance learners - d
  • Higher Education learners - h
  • Further Education learners - f
  • Staff - s

A full username should look like this - jbloggs1234_h. Your password will be your student number (8 digits). Enter this and then click Login.
